I bought a 70' lift from this company several years ago. Had some issues over the years (nothing to major). Recently I hired them for road service. I couldn't get the outriggers up so I could transport the unit. The service call was $550. The technician said one of the computers was faulty. In talking with the technician he mentioned he lived about 20-30 minutes away. They charge travel time from there location 90 miles away from the machine at $105 per hour. I drove the machine up to them for repair afterwards. When I dropped it off I reminded them what the technician stated about the computer was faulty. A week later I received a quote for close to $11,000. I immediately called up Tim in service and asked what that was all about. He stated that is what my machine needs. I asked him to hold off and informed him I would drive up and pickup my machine. A half hour later I received a revised invoice via email for $2200 and it stated that would have to be paid prior to picking up my machine. When I spoke to Tim about the over the top invoice and the fact that the roadside mechanic already diagnosed the problem he said as a courtesy he took off $105.
