We went in at 3:30 monday afternoon appointment right on time and my wife saw the doctor, had everything explained to her and we were on our way to pick up a prescription in one hour.

I was warned about her by several people. I'm a pretty easy going laid back person. My pain tolerance is pretty high, I don't complain about much. Take my warning for face value. Rudest doctor I've ever enoucountered in my life.

Had been here for surgery on my neck, was very pleased with the outcome, but seen the same Dr for my lower back pain, gave me Tramadol for the pain, what a joke that med is. Kept going back & back to no help, no MRI, decided to go else where. Found out I have two blown out disk that I need surgery to correct. Would not recommend this place. Seek care elsewhere because they don't care about you!

Saw Dr Anbari and had followup physical therapy with Kayla. Great experience. Very helpful.

Broke my wrist on a Friday evening, had to wait till Monday to get a cast. After waiting over an hour past my appointment time-I was given the unfortunate short end of the stick by getting Dr.Stewart. To make a long story shorter....I ended up calling the on call that night because my fingers were numb, ice cold, and turning purple. He sent me to the ER, and while the doctors waited, elevated, iced and gave me ibuprofen-fingers again turned purple. Cast was split.

Dr. Stewart scoffed, rolled her eyes, said "we won't do that kind of thing here, casts are suppose to be tight" there was no apology, assurance it wouldn't happen again, or anything. So on went a brace instead.

The key is to listen (with your ears open and your mouth shut) while they tell you how to make things better for your quickest healing and have clear specific questions ready to ask, so you as a patient feel your getting the best treatment.

Dr. Arcand is awesome. Wait times can be hit or miss.

The next day, I spoke with my primary care doctor, who was afraid I would develop cast claustrophobia due to my experience and prior diagnosis of anxiety and PTSD, and said to ask for some anxiety meds.
