I am very happy with C & R's work. Based on a recommendation from a friend, I called them up to get a quote to insulate my detached garage. They came out within a week to view the garage to give an estimate. I got the written estimate the next day. When I accepted the proposal over the phone, they were able to schedule work within a week and a half. The job was straightforward and took an afternoon. Very professional and a quality job. I give them high marks on "easy to do business with" and "quality of work." I would hire them again and recommend them!
Very happy with the job C&R did. I had 1400 sq ft of blown-in fiberglass added above 5" of existing and they included proper vents in every bay. Even laid down batts on the catwalk I made so it would be easier for me to move it in the future at no extra cost. Best price around, the guys were quick, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Sue in the office went above and beyond to help me get partial reimbursement from a state program, thank you guys so much!!
They had a great price on gutters, actually the best price. I wish I had went with a different company and paid a little more. They were supposed to be here at noon and showed up at 8am, which was a pain due to an appointment I had. Then when they put the gutters on the backside of my house, there was a bunch of tar paper and parts of shingles all over my back porch from where they had just ripped the old gutters off my house. then they did not even attach the downspouts on the backside of my house, well actually it looks like they tried, cracked one of my shingles and they just left it hanging. They had to come out a second time to attach it. I called and spoke to the owner MANY times and ask him to come out and look at what was done, I wanted him to check the work. He wouldn't talk to me without talking to the workers that had put up the gutters. Then after playing phone tag for days, he said he was going to come out on of two days, well BOTH days went by without him coming out or a call saying why, then after the second time this happened, I gave up hope. I WILL NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone I know. Horrible service, and the job was not done correctly!
I would not recommend them to anyone!!! They came out and gave us a really good estimate so we decided to go with them. We talked about when they would do the work and had an appointment set up with them for 2 weeks out. Two days before our appointment we called to confirm they were coming. We were then told that they dont make appointments until after you mail back the contract which had just shown up 2 days prior. So we waited 2 weeks assuming we had an appointment like they said but we didn't. We tried to call and sort it all out which was a joke!!. The women in the office offers ZERO help and always says that she doesn't know and that she will have to ask Jason and call back. She NEVER calls back! We tried to get ahold of them for 5 days . Meanwhile our addition was put on hold waiting for them to insulate. When we were trying to make the appointment the women in the office told me she would call me on Friday with a date for the next week and that it would be Thursday or Friday but wasn't sure which yet.. I never got a call. I called Monday she said she still didn't know when they could come and she would call me by the end of the day. Guess what? No call!! I called Tuesday and she was getting mad and giving me attitude saying they were backed up and didn't have a date yet. Finally after some arguing we are told that they will be there Thursday. They came out on Thursday like they said, however they told me it should take about 3 hours it took 5 1/2. It wasn't because the job was big by any means the workers sat in their truck for 30 mins after they got there. Then they left for a little while. By the end my husband was getting frustrated because he had to go back to work so he asked them how long it would be. The works then went on to tell him that they milk jobs like this out because otherwise they get sent home for the day when they go back. So my husband lost wages so they could milk the job out and get paid more!!! Also when they left I noticed cigarette buttstock all over the ground which certainly weren't there before they arrived. All in all save yourself the stress and go with another company!!!
